Frequently Asked Questions

HOW DO I USE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES HOURS?

Hours and how they are used are defined on a client by client basis. Those details are defined in a scope document. This is due to the unique nature of every client and our commitment to bespoke services tailored for each customer. 

CAN I CHANGE PLANS OR CANCEL ANYTIME?

You can cancel your agreement at any time. There is a 1 month wait period to transition all services off. 

WHAT IF I'M AT THE "GOOD" LEVEL BUT NEED IMMEDIATE SUPPORT NOT COVERED?

There is a per incident $200 expedite fee charged. In addition $150/hr within 9am-5pm hours, and $200/hr if outside of those hours. There is a minimum of 1 hour charged + the expedite fee.

WHAT IF I DON'T USE ALL MY PROFESSIONAL SERVICES HOURS?

Hours can be rolled over month to month for a total of 40 hours. In the BEST service tier, hours can be rolled over to a maximum of 80 hours. Hours are forfeit if the service contract is terminated prior to hours being consumed. 

WHAT ARE vCIO SERVICES? 

vCIO (Virtual Chief Information Officer) services are defined as trusted advisor status. Recommendations pertaining to vendor contracts and cost avoidance strategies are all included. This is what makes our offering unique, and in many cases pays for our services indirectly; but reducing your costs in other areas of technology.
